That means get up and run if you wanna be someone, don't turn off your alarm clock, just go and run.

If you "wanna be someone" train as often and as hard as you can. Getting up at some stupid time in the morning to run doesn't make you better than anyone else.

It also depends when you go to sleep. I go to sleep around 8-9 ish so I guess the general thought is, is not to eat 1-2 hours before you go to sleep. That would probably have made more sense to say. And I didn't mean LOSE fat I meant not gain anymore.

There's two methods you can use.

    1. Stop making excuses and just ****ing run.

    2. Go for a run at a later time.

I use the first method, I hate waking up early in the mornings too, but I'd rather run in the morning than later on during the day. My trick is to put the alarm so far away that that when it goes off I have to go to the other side of the room to switch it off. Moving about to switch off the alarm helps get rid of that groggy feeling you get in the morning. If you put the alarm next to your bed you'll just switch it off and roll over back into bed
