He isn't Cockney strictly speaking. Just another kid from Essex who insists he is from East London.

The 'East End Pie and Mash shop' that Steve Bunce interviewed him in was actually in Hornchurch. Kevin is from Dagenham I believe.

Despite him being a local fighter I've never really taken much of a liking to Mitchell. His brother Vinny's girlfriend did nothing to ingraciate me to the Mitchell clan any further at his last bout either!!!

Good luck to the lad but I've always liked Johannsen. A good honest copme forward fighter who has come up through the ranks the hard way despite various set backs. I've like him ever since the Corcoran bout when he looked devastating and a real prospect.

It appears he is struggling with a serious injury of some description and Mitchell is certainly good enough to capatalise on a depreciated CJ.

Mitchell by stoppage.

 

Mitchell will be too quick and versatile and will box his way to a points win.

 

Seen mitchell a few times but can't see what all the hype is about. He didn't look all that good against real low level cans. Johanssen has decent pedigree and I take him to stop Mitchell late.
This reminds me of the Arthur-Gomez fight.

 

i knew someone from essex who also insisted he was a cockney...hammers supporter and all that. also did that weird nasal talking thing some of them do down there.

i'm going to make the bold prediction of johanneson pulling off a shock stoppage within 5 rounds :yikes
