On the grind just then, he says Mosley is extremely strong at 147 and if Mayweather lays on the ropes he will hit him in his arms and kidney.

I think Mosley beats Floyd too, he's just too big.

Mosley is strong, but he is no John Mugabi either. He has a good style to beat Floyd, but to say he is extremely strong I am not too sure. His speed and good inside skills might cause problems for Floyd, but he is not super strong like Jackson seems to be saying.

Mosley has only lost to larger fighters with size advantages on him, Winky and Forrest.

The only smaller man to ever beat him was Cotto, and that was razor thin.

He's death to smaller fighters if you ask me. He's got top end power, a top end chin, and unbelievable speed. He's more or less like the less polished Manny Pacquiao with a slightly inferior trainer and a better chin.

Cotto isn't a small guy either.

well i still think its ridiculous if pac and mosley meet at 147--at 140 id say pac would win. Mosley and hes roided body i doubt could get to that though

Cotto layed on the ropes at 147 and Mosley did not do that..Of course John Jackson would say that..Mosley former trainer...Would love to see the fight though...

Pac has had one fight at 147..And one at 140..What automatically makes him a 140 pounder? Sounds like some type of built in excuse..

Shane had trouble tracking down cotto when he went on the move late in the fight, walking into all kinds of silly shots

If 140 is Mayweather's preferred weight, why doesn't he fight at 140 against Marquez?

Why has Floyd never asked anyone to move down? He moved up to fight. Marquez said he wants the fight. He should move up if he wants it. Arum stated its Cotto Vs Manny in November. Will we be calling for Cotto to move down to 140? Doubt that.

Because he wants every advantage possible.
