Andy Lee, if he boxes smart. Duddy is too open. Now Duddy has moved down a weight I wanna see him fight Julio Cesar Chez Jr. A step up for Chavez really, but wjo doesn't wanna' see two guys with big punches, good chins and absolutely NO defence go at it! I actually like JCC Jr. I think with a bit of time he could be good. He can take a punch, and throw one. He's entertaining at least, okay he's not fighting World-class fighters yet, but unlike Amir Khan he hasn't expressed a desire to fight the likes of Vernon Forrest and Cory Spinks. Although I'm sure he woulda fought De La Hoya if the oppurtunity arised (and would've got brutally K.O'd by even this way past-it version of DLH)
I think he can edge a decision if he boxes smartly. But Duddy's jaw is made from titanium. The shots he took early in the Smichet fight were insane.
We know what Duddy brings to the table and it is enough to beat the Andy Lee who fought Brian Vera. However i expect Lee has learned alot from that fight and should definitely improve while Duddy, i fear has reached his peak. Lee to win a decision
Andy Lee gets dragged into a slugfest and dosen't come out. No way Andy Lee stops Duddy. Cast iron chin and new coach Burns will give Duddy a much improved fight game (even possibly a defence).
Look at the combinations Smichet landed on him, and the punishment he took in that fight. No way he gets stopped.
Duddy and defense - just doesn't sound right Hopefully burns has improved Duddy's defense, he won't be able to keep taking such punishment when he fights bigger punchers no matter how good his chin is
Its hard to know. If Andy fights an inside fight like he did against Vera in the later rounds I'd imagine Duddy would trounce him. If Andy boxes the right fight he would frustrate and probably beat Duddy.
