Yes, but when things don't make sense, we should question them before we repeat them. They have to fit together and make sense.

You pretty much admitted you're just repeating what Hearn said and have no further detail, and you choose to believe him. You can't offer an explanation to how it works even slightly.

I'm not asking for much. Just some information on what could be cancelled in December, and how .... because it doesn't make sense that Arum/Fury were going through an arbitration court process to get the contract ruled invalid since last October/November up to May 2021, when they could have just cancelled it in December.

Hearn might be 100% correct but it needs explaining, even if just a little bit.

What I find strange is the ability to terminate the contract in December and not doing so, especially in light of all the cheating allegations and Fury saying he won't give Wilder another payday. If this contract termination was bull****, then again, Arum and his team would be the first to call this out to not lose face (and make themselves look like a bunch of unscrupulous charlatans).
Then there's the issue of not attempting to salvage the Fury v Joshua fight by even entering discussions around a step aside. Seems an odd move when Fury has stated numerous times he's no interest in Wilder anymore. Then there's the money aspect, again Fury talks a lot of crap about money not being a motivating factor, yet had absolute insistence the fight vs Joshua would have to be 50/50 despite his lack of popularity and commercial appeal.
None of this whole scenario makes much sense and the only logical conclusion I can draw is that despite all the posturing, team Fury and Fury himself never wanted the Joshua fight.

This exactly. John Fury alao state that Team Fury could have terminated the contract in December. So its not just Hearn that state this. Plenty of media reported this. Also Arum goes silence when this old.... always have something to stay. But he is being dead silenced. Iant that say you something or you cant make it, cause of how bias you obviously are?
John said they f****** his son head in America so there is more to this 100%, but its quite obvious Team Fury f***** up.

I believe Fury has been told that legally speaking he has to rematch Wilder regardless of whether he holds the belt or not. Fury even in 2020 stated he was not going to pay any step aside fee to Wilder and will prefer to smash his face in, so he has been consistent that way. Maybe he is extremely confident he has his number and would rather earn a paycheque properly rather than give it to someone like Wilder for free.

I do agree with John Fury regarding his son having a lot of yes men and hanger ons and taking his eye of the ball of late and still basking in the adulation, glory of the Wilder fight in 2020.

Unless Tyson Fury is centre stage with the spotlight upon him then in my view he gets his demons talking to him, if the spotlight veers from him them he resurrects his inner child and does a look at me look at me type antic, be that on social media, television or in the media.

He craves adulation, attention and such, god forbid if he were to lose a bout, he would exit stage left never to grace a boxing ring again, a giant of a man, strong in the arm but i fear has considerably less strength in the mind, the demons keep on knocking, only braggadocio, outrageous behaviours and good fortune keep them from overwhelming him again.

Fury needs to be surrounded by wise heads who he trusts and who can be trusted, able to be a mix of parent, psychologist, counsellor, and straight talkers, tough love not yes men.
