How many times did Ngannou drop Fury? Was it once or twice?

And what ‘cut’ was it that stopped Fury from fighting Usyk in December? PED cycle cut?

The hook has been set, now it's time to play the quarry out.

I can clearly see, Old School, that you're a true, devoted fan of Pugilism...the Sweet Science, and that you possess a well-developed sense of the history and traditions the Manly Art.

Let's hope that the big Gypsy King doesn't share your rapaciousness and has a bit more dignity and pride in his career and legacy.

I have my suspicions as a whole Fury family is a frauds, and there is that gut feeling that Fury may pull the injury card, like he did with Klitschko, and plenty of times more and try to delay the fight even more. But the reality is, you don't mess with Saudis. They give huge money, but their contracts are also rock solid. So a lawsuit if he decides to mess up is very likely, and the outcome is very obvious as well. He is also played his cards bad so far, and turn people against him, so pulling out of the fight will be terrible for his image. Not that there is much left though.
Now his antics has no place in sports as a whole, as there is legitimacy injury that happen and you can't predict them.
So i just hope both fighters made it out of camps injury free and we finally get to see the fight. I also pray the officials are 100% fair, and don't allow dirty play, cheating and illegal shots, as they have no place in any sport.

Boxing is Boxing, whoever like to be wrestler, should go be Wrestler in that competition. Boxing should be clean and clear. If you want to hug, clinch, hit in it, either become MMA fighter or if you like to hug so much, go wrestler.

This is professional boxing. They fight and risk their lives for money, not for legacy. Career is short, fast and dangerous. They aim to maximize their revenue.

People are more willing to pay to see Fury vs Ngannou and Fury vs AJ than Fury vs Usyk. Nobody knows Usyk and nobody cares about him other than hardcore boxing fans.

Usyk is all wrong for Fury. John Fury is just trying to protect the cash cow, and he is completely right to do so.

If I were Fury, I'd rather fight the likes of Ngannou, Parker, Ajagba, Joshua etc and make a total of $100M and then retire as a rich champion. I wouldn't care who would be the undisputed champion afterwards. Let Usyk be the undisputed champion and continue making 1 or 2 M$ every fight.

    Money is more important.

Like I said, you're a true fan of the sport, lad.

Dare I say, an old-school sort of fan.

Have you ever considered the idea of RING , TBRB and other ranking bodies compiling lists of boxers based on which of them earned the most money in the sport ?

Wouldn't that make more sense to you than ranking them on mere resume and who they have beaten ?
