I haven't seen the Akinwande footage before. There was footage on a torrent site years ago of John Fury with really curly hair fighting ... "Gypsy" John ... as he was known. He was awful. But he really hopped on the bandwagon when his son became heavyweight champ. Tyson is a thousand times better than his dad ever was. That has to bother Tyson sometimes, the way his dad acts like he was so much better than he actually was.

Akinwande fought to a draw with Foreman's daddy Axel Schulz the following year and beat him the year after that one. But even that pre-prime version of Big John would've beat the soul out of Akinwande in a muddy field or pub or supermarket carpark under gypsy rules.
