He has basically put his career in the hands of a bunch of simpletons, I feel sorry for the lad.

good luck to him. Some people are desperate to see Superfight promotions fail...i wonder why?

Im not sure people want them to fail, more that people want Nevin to succeed and dont want him to be the man that the promotional outfit irons out their inevitable problems (being a new company) on?

true but there are some benefits of joining superfight promotions e.g riding the Khan hype, goldenboy promotions contacts etc
And I believe Dennis Hobson is a partner?

Best of luck to Nevin, but signing with an inexperienced promotional outfit may not have been the wisest thing to do.

It may not be a bad move. Khan's on his last fight with his Sky deal. He wins well and he could play his cards right and strike some sort of deal for his own up coming fights with Sky and his Fight Promotions Company as well. Hobson isnt a bad partner to have in the mix experienced and if he is given major control of running the promotions then they will have a better chance long term. They need a major signing along with Khan already fighting be it whoever but he needs to add a couple of experienced figthers to his promotions. Maybe from the US he could get someone like Craig McEwan and have him headline the show but he needs a name fighter alongside him or it will go like Hayemaker promotions in my view.
