    15 mins of skipping lolol

    a thousand rope turns lololo

Kids do 15 mins up skipping to warm up !!

on one media day cotto went for 25 minutes at good pace and never once lost the rope!

A Abraham almost beat the guiness record in a minute,

my point is that these old regeimes are never quite accurate and there really is nothign to see here

kids dont really do 15 mintues to warm up unless they are really well conditioned kids....15 minutes of jump rope is a pretty fair warm up...and again..the guy was doing other things...

    x2

Fighters are well known for not telling the truth about their routines.

Who cares what he done? It makes no sense why people post other people's routines. If you're an athlete, your routine should be specific to you, nobody else.

Well, how are you going to learn anything new if you don't pay attention to what other people have done? It's easy to laugh at the old-timer guys when you are sitting nice and snug behind your keyboard and it's true that fitness training has changed a lot since then - but it's still interesting to study what they did with the knowledge and tools they had at their disposal.

Who cares what you think! Stick to your science and don't bother posting if you have nothing of any value to add. :good

Who said anything about laughing at old timers? It makes no difference if the person's routine was from 1920 or 2014, its still a waste of time looking at another athlete's routine which is tailor made for them and their weaknesses (or at least it should be as that's obviously the point of training.)

If you think you'll learn something from looking at someone else's routine (which is most likely highly inaccurate) then good luck to you.

It's called a discussion topic about old training programmes.

I mostly see you moan about the thread the OP or anything else that doesn't quite fit into your little world, I suggest you get together with dealt_with and runaway together, bromance! :good

People are just listing exercises that someone claims old time boxers once did. There's no discussion of anything.

All I see from you are ad hominem attacks again me with no value to your posts in any thread you post in. Do you have anything of substance to say?

Take your own advice from your previous post and stop posting your pointless drivel. :good
