    Forum = Discussion :good
    I'm not here to add value, I'm here to read, learn and add my opinion, maybe a bit of banter as well, you never know!

    Anyway, don't know why I'm feeding you.

    Yet you're crying about me posting. :roll:

    I think we've all worked this one out already.

    So really your posts are 100% useless.

    Here's something for you to learn... Looking at another athlete's training routine is useless.

    If you think I'm trolling you in some way I'm not. I've responded to what you said, to which you have no answer. So again you don't wish to continue.

    yes I can skip better than that , again its not uncommon theres loads of guys that can sprint on the spot whilest crossing the rope and he aint even doing that, guys can do the full mayweather routine if you just jump regular and give it time.

    but these old times where much different and had a far more harsh lifestyle. Their exercises in general are far more primative than these days , their boxing styles are much more basic than whats taught today.

    But make no mistake they were tough as hell in a different way, getting through every day was a harder battle than most will know.

    Take a beast like Jack Dempsey today and drop him into a ring with HWs and he might just destroy them all, technically he shoulnt be he still probably could:good
