Lewison throughs good combinations and his timing is good too.

Lewison stops big bad John in 3 rounds :bbb

I'm leaning towards an early Lewison stoppage as well, but the longer it goes the more i'd favor McDermott.

Well big John has a tendency of getting caught early in some fights and i like a quick win for Lewison here, seeing as he is a fast starter, but as you say the longer it goes McDermott will fancy it because Lewison is inexperienced at 10 rounds.

If Lewsion comes through this we could see him fight Joshua in the near future I reckon, maybe for the British title

It'll likely be Michael Sprott vs the winner of this fight hopefully.

They might keep it vacant for Chisora-Fury in the summer?
Or Del Boy might fight for it next if he faces a Brit opponent (Audley Harrison )

Frank has already stated that Chisora is above British level and won't fight for it. Logically Sprott deserves a shot because of his victory in Prizefighter.
