Truth is, Mugabi was flawed from the getgo, yet powerful between 147 to 160 pounds.... Hagler ruined him mentally and somewhat physically.... Mugabi's WBC win over Rene JACQUOT in '89 means zippo in my eyes, I could kick Jaquout's ass myself... Yes, Mugabi was a "Fun Fighter" at best, but not really elite in skills come the world class level between 154 to 160 pounds as a pro..... MR.BILL
