These 2 have been nominated by the WBC to fight for the mandatory slot how do people see this going?

umm ive only ever seen the rios vs peterson fight but if he normally fights like that then it should be a really good scrap as the both like to fight on the inside but murray seems to have a higher work rate but rios seems to hit harder so either
    rios mid rounds tko or
    murray ud

Is John's contract up yet? Anyone know if he's leaving Fat Mick or staying put?

    Fingers crossed he moves!

This will be a good fight if it comes off.

Rios ships a lot of punishment but he snaps with his punches in pocket and at range. It be a FOTY contender for sure...who wins well Rios would be favorite in my book but i would write off Murray because this would be his type of fight down to a tee.

rios has fought better competition by a strech so i say rios murray didnt look all that great against a fairly average european level fighter, if murray fought rioses comepition he would have a few losses on his record but if rios fought murrays, he would have a 100% KO percetage with all the KO's coming inside 4 rounds, there is a difference in class between the 2 and its as clear as day, murray has worn down domestic type opponents on accumulation i'd be very worried about his safety against some1 like rios, murray hasnt fought a fighter ranked in the top 20, yet ring has him in there top 10 ratings above guys like molina jr, rios, demarco, vasquez, funeka fighters whov actually fought and beaten legitamate top 10 opponent. Hell even that aussie

yes but he is waiting to see what Mick can come up with. If he has got him nominated for a mandatory agaisnt a decent name whos been on HBO like Rios he has done a good job by him.

If it goes to Purse bids I imagine Warren will go for it.

Maybe Warren can do a Mag 7 type deal at the MEN next year with Top Rank. He could have

    Murray vs Rios (WBC Eliminator)
    Shumenov vs Cleverly (WBA/WBO LHW)
Brook vs Jones (Vacant WBO WW)

Pretty sure showtime would fancy those 3 on tape delay. then have

    Macklin vs Barker (Euro/Brit MW)
    DeGale vs Quigley (Brit SMW)
    Daws vs Gavin (Brit LWW)
    Bellew vs McIntosh (Brit/Comm LHW)

Joe ghallager wouldnt put murray in with rios, i think he'd be hessitant to put murray in with quite a few fighters at 135 altough i'd quite fancy his chances against david diaz or juan diaz as both of them are completly shot, maybe even john molina jr or berrara,
