Prescott would have too much power and hurt him. However im not convinced he would get anything near to a 54 second job because all future opponents would keep their distance.
Someone said on here not long ago that John Murray is just a poor mans Ricky Hatton, and they are spot on. Murray is not difficult to hit and Prescott demonstrably has the power to hurt him.
Prescott. Murray takes too many shots for my liking- you can have a great chin but if you keep getting hit you will eventually go down.
I'd have to go for Prescott I'm afraid. Murray would go down on his shield though - probably too bravely for my liking. A classic contest imo and Prescott by stoppage in 8. There's nothing not to like about that match-up.
Depends if Murray boxes like an idiot or not. If he kept things tight early and not present such an easy target for the long armed Prescott I could see him having success later on. Then it would be close on points. If he was stupid I think Prescott might take him out early. Even though Prescott is only a slightly above average puncher, he's got the gangly style that would be difficult for Murray.
