I think Rees beats Murray the only way Murray wins is If Rees fades badly late on and Murray takes advantage by wearing him down to a late stoppage.

It comes back to the same thing I have always said about Murray.

He doesn't hit hard enough to carry off his style. Nor hit hard enough to hurt Rees. He's a tough ****er.

If Gavin's and Lockett's comments about Rees being able to do 12 at a good pace following changes to his diet are true, he will win this surprisingly comfortably.

If he fades like he did against A Murray and Watson, Murray may take him late on accumalation.

Probably, but they've brought a nutritionist on board who is apparently working wonders.

We aint gonna know for sure til we see it in the ring.

rees gets a handy decision win if he's fit enough but obviously it could all unravel late on if he aint

great great fight were it to come off

I think John Murray may be underated now because of his defeat to Kevin Mitchell which may bode well for future fights

Rees to outwork murray and win on points if he doesnt gas like he's known to do, if he gases then murray could wear him down and stop him late but Rees is tough so maybe not. hard one to call and a good 50/50 fight in my opinion.

im going for murray here, but its going to be close, and i also feel it will it end by stoppage, if murray loses though, there aint no where else to go really.

I think Rees is under-rated, overall stamina is a pretty big issue with him but skillwise ive always thought him to be better than murray

Rees does have the better arsenal of punches and may pick up the early rounds of his jab but i think murray would be relentless and pick up a accumulation stoppage from round 9-12
