If you were to look at there last 6 opponents Kevin's were by far the hardest, this is John's hardest opponent to date imo.Anyway when Ricky Burns moves up he'll beat both imo

I am surprised at how many people think Mitchell wins this

On his best day, 100% focused & prepared this would be a tough fight & we wont be seeing that from Kevin imo

Murray is just a different breed of fighter, you only have to see the 2 together to know who wins this

Murray by TKO & he will perform much better in his 1st world title shot than Kevin did

I like Mitchell, but he's never going to be a world-beater. I let my heart rule my head pre-Katsidis, but sitting having dinner a few hours before the fight, it was obvious. I thought Kev would take an early lead but get chopped down. Instead he got overwhelmed.

People made excuses: Kevin looked past Katsidis. But that's crazy - Katsidis was THE BEST guy Mitchell had ever faced. And he got ****ed up. It's that simple - ten times out of ten, Katsidis wins.

I'm not convinced of Mitchell's durability. He was lucky against Johanneson. If Carl hadn't gassed, he could have been taking some serious stick. As it stands, he staged a great comeback. But it was years before FW let him at a seasoned opponent, or even a dangerous one.

Murray has flaws, but he has a real knack of getting fighters to stand with him. They think he's slow and one-dimensional, but he steps around them beautifully, he closes range without them realising, and then he's at the body, or putting together sharp hooks.

I think this will be competitive early on, but Mitchell will try and trade eventually, and he won't be able to get out from it. It's going to be hard and nasty right to the end. Late Murray stoppage or 115-113 to the Mancunian.

Yep Murray finds a way to win. Far to much made of the Prescott win as good as it was we know Breidis is a 4 round fighter and once he's frustrated he falls away.

Katsidis didn't have to do a great deal to beat Kevin.

I think it be close but John will grind him down and be in Kevin's face all night long and Kevin will be dragged into a war at some point.

It's gonna be a great fight that's for sure.

If Murray can force Mitchell into the trenches up close and in his face he could outgun and outworn him in a way that Johannsen couldn't...:yep

If Murray allows Mitchell the range he is in danger of allowing his to spin off and get his shots off...:yep I see that as been danger for Murray...:yep

Shotgun to my head right now has Murray taking this by a late stoppage over a battle worn Mitchell who has had one trip to the well to many times...:yep

Murrays average,Mitchell will put a beating on him imo and stop him late.

Murray looked crap in his last fight and has no defence.

Mitchell needs Murray to trip and knock himself out to win this one. He's shot, belongs nowhere near a boxing ring. Frank is just feeding him to Murray as a means to get something back on the investment he wasted on him in the past.

murray to wear down mitchell, late stoppage.i got a feeling that when the going gets really tough, which it will in this fight that kev will be found wanting.John wears you down with his constant work, specially inside, lookin forwards to this.Just hope all these rumours of unrest in the murray camp havent effected the hard training required for hard fight as this.
