What happens when a fight that went to purse bids gets postponed? Does it just get rescheduled or does it go to purse bids again?

They are saying in the press up here if the fight doesn't go ahead in January, Murray will be stripped of the British Title and McAllister will fight the next contender.

I think the purse still stays the same but it just get re-scheduled. If it was postponed with out a future date it would go to a purse again i reckon.

Thanks, was hoping there would be a chance of it being rescheduled in Aberdeen but that seems unlikely at the moment.

    willie limond

how good of a chance does he have against murray, murray looked impressive when he demolished meager but limond is a different kettle of fish i think he'd be too slick for murray and would outbox him fairly easily i could be completly wrong.

Nah it was also scheduled for ITV4 for in November aswell.
Think it has been cancelled twice due to Murray having a cut.

Murray tends to perform better against a higher quality of opposition, he put Meager away pretty easily but has struggled badly against some **** poor journeymen.

Limond is a step up from Meager (IMO anyway) and in truth holds a W over Amir Khan - this would be an intriguing fight actually.

Hope this happens, then the winner to fight Thaxton for the EBU title.
