Saul a little gunshy now, but he's a little more active this round than he was the last. RV lunging in with lefts up top. A lot of bobbing and weaving but not much throwing from Saul. They get in close, roughhouse. RV looping lefts to the body. Saul flurrying up top. Saul lands a monster hook to the head, and RV takes it well. More straight lefts from RV late. Saul countering RV's straight lefts with left hooks. Backs him to the ropes and works him over a bit. Keeping him there and starting to pulverize him, RV looking to hold as much as possible. RV flicking out a stay away jab, Saul is recharging. He lunges in and wallops the **** out of him with a clean right hook to the jaw, RV has a hell of a chin. Jab from Saul snaps his cranium back. Sal follows up with a wild flurry.

RV seemed to need a few more seconds to gather himself in the corner. Saul right on him early, picking up where he left off. Saul now just looping in left hooks. Keeping him on the ropes, now literally jogging away from him. RV holds, Saull heaves him halfway across the ring, RV holds on some more, preventing himself from going down. He gets a warning from the ref. Saul battering him senseless with clean right hools to the head. Saul jabbing ushering him where he wants him, smacking him with left hooks on the way out. More monster hooks clean from Saul late.

Saul patiently stalking, keeping him trapped along the ropes. RV lands a few clean lefts and inexplicably showboats. Then he grabs and holds when Saul bumrushes him.
