Ruiz is a cheater, pure and simple. A fraud who would be known primarily for getting laid out cold by David Tua if it wasn't for King's corruption of the sport.

Of course, a thread like this is an utter joke. A more accurate thread would be "Ruiz: Worst of ALL TIME" - bet that would get a substantial majority of votes. :yep

One of our worst champs, although I do give him credit for wins over Rahman and Oquendo. If anything, he is the greatest hugger ever.

You are a HATER!! If you were TRULY a fan of boxing, you would see Ruiz's boxing skills is far greater than Ali, Lewis, Holmes, and Holyfield. Ruiz is one of the strongest punchers in the history of the game, he KDed Holyfield and had him on ***** street. Tua got lucky that he landed a LUCKY punch on Ruiz, because Ruiz was outclassing him prior to that point!!
