I really wonder whether he actually has such a hard-on for all these crappy HWs, or whether he's putting us all on.

Either way, it does get discussion started.:yep

Try dream come true. I don't want "Mr. Bad Touch" Ruiz to retire with another bull**** excuse of a robbery, I want him to get knocked the **** out, and Wlad's just the guy to do it.

Question: Despite whatever dislikes you have against Ruiz, if he were to step in the ring with Klitschko would you give him the recognition for never ducking an opponent?

    He did.

To his credit, Ruiz did barely lose two close decisions against Valuev and Chagaev. Even in his recent losses, Ruiz has not really bean beat to hell or severly outboxed. The current WBA titleholder barely decisioned him, and some even say that Ruiz BEAT Valuev.

So as distasteful as watching him fight is, Ruiz is still a very deserving fighter who can hold his own with just about any of them.

Sure, but that doesn't count for everything. That's like saying "Sure, he was a child molester...but he never cheated on his taxes!"

What about holding & hitting headbutting elbowing etc that Ruiz uncle Joe Cortez let him get away with while at the same time "seeing" practically every good body shot Kirk Johnson threw as low blows. Watch that fight in slow motion 5 of the blows called low by joe cortez were legit punches including the final one that KO's Ruiz
It was a travesty Cortez fell for the scam artist

Exactly. And it wasn't the first time Ruiz had pulled this crap either. He did it AT LEAST twice before, once against Jimmy Thunder in 1997, to get extra point deductions in a fight he was losing (it was STILL a split decision), and once against Holyfield in their second fight to avoid getting counted after going down from a body shot.

Ruiz is a SHAMELESS FRAUD, a talentless regional fighter who would have been lucky to win the New England HW championship if it wasn't for Don King.
