Valuev was the best Russian Heavyweight, Haye beat him by MD. What is Wlad doing now?

Let me just say this, I am a better golfer than Tiger Woods! Really, man, you're flat out ridiculous. You make these statements with absolutely no proof, evidence or even popular support, and you somehow just expect peopl:De to accept them. That really is an admirable attribute. I'm telling you, you could be a top-notch politician in a few years!!!

Well, In my book Ruiz is a two time Heavyweight champion of the World and vastly underrated. This is a guy who is dangerous to almost anyone.

Terry you are most certainly entitled to your opinion and we all have our "Favourites" but with all due respect mate, Ruiz is a boring, cheating ****!!

He is a "Survivor" i'll grant you (And him) that, and he is deceptively effective but he cannot be the best American heavyweight! Surely not!!!

Ruiz is a fraud, and a cheater. Without King's influence, he would never have gotten rated, let alone gotten the green light for the illegal holding tactics that enabled a limited fighter like him to compete with world class heavyweights. If the rules had been properly enforced against Ruiz, he would have been disqualified in just about every fight he ever had above the journeyman level.

And let's not forget the faking of "low blows' in several fights (Thunder, Holyfield, Johnson) or the outrageous gift decision he got against Golota!

Neither one has much boxing ability, but at least Valuev fights WITHIN the rules. I've never seen him fake low blows either.

Yeah, I agree that was a good win. How bad of aim would you have to hit that big fat smelly giant low.

This is what Haye did to Valuev.

Before jab and grab style, Ruiz was a good boxer. Haye is trying to put off the fight with Ruiz.

Ruiz is not the bum that some people claim, that's true. But he ain't the best US HW either at this point. Chambers is the best, you're just trying to hype Hayes opponents here. Ruiz is not even the greatest active US HW, that's still Evander Holyfield. Come to think of it, Holyfield is probably the greatest active HW worldwide right now, any that's sad.

Well, he is the best American hw of the last decade - tied with Byrd - but right now it´s Fast Eddie.

Ruiz should get more respect though. And he will get it when he is retired I think.
