Look at the mandatories for the other belts? Are they significantly better fighters than Ruiz? It's a reflection on the state of boxing that fighters of Ruiz age are still among the top guys around (and he is, regardless of if you like his style or not) - and not just the eccentricities of the sanctioning bodies.
It's the same round robin with the WBA: Chagaev - Valuev - Ruiz When one loses they're supposed to move on. :-(
Wlad should offer Ruiz a fight, an the winner of there fight should fight the winner of the valueve/chageav fight,,,,Wlad/ruiz could be in las vegas,,,,,,,next fight would be in germany, it's been a year sence wlad's fought here.. An i am sure a showdown between ruiz an wlad would end ruiz endless title shots,,
