That's a reasonable and humorous comment.

I refuse to choose! I pray that if this NIGHTMARE/TRAINWRECK actually happens, THERE's a double KO. More likely is a double takedown. Perhaps they can both suffer injury in round 1 and its a NO CONTEST.

Whoever dreamed up this ridiculous match between two of the worst HW's out should have their eyes taped OPEN, be tied to their seat, and forced to watch it on continual RE-Run for say 72 hours:good

This fight is a huge kick in the balls to Boxing fans.

Ruiz will win this fight he is probably the most hated man in heavyweight history and boring as hell but you must admit he is pretty darned effective and he has beaten some good opponents.

Mcline is the classic underacheiver built like a brick shithouse, tall, fast hands for his size yets shits himself when it comes to the fight!

This fight isn't so much about Ruiz winning as it is about McCline losing. He had his chance against Peter and blew it. McCline is another Dominick Guinne - a fighter with great potential that you can see the focus just dissappear later in the fight.

I am glad to see McCline forge ahead and keep fighting after his close Byrd title fight loss, his Valuev title fight knee injury, and this recent loss to Peter in which McCline had the win within reach.

I am not sure which fighter to lean towards, but if I did pick one, it would be a slight lean, as I think this will be a pretty close fight.

And I hope Zakman is watching when Ruiz brings out his young Tyson style, comes in low and fast, pounding the double hook to the body, then the uppercut to the chin(s) of McCline.

For some reason, I now like Ruiz. Maybe cause I like to see someone turn from their ugly ways and try to improve themselves. I just hope he don't screw me over and betray this new found admiration I have for him by going back to the hugging every 20 seconds nonsense.

I know some will say Sure, he'll go back to the hugging as soon as he faces someone who can outbox him, meaning, ANYONE.......and you may be right, but we shall see. Ruiz may impress and shock everyone by staying away from the clinching and work his new style to great effect.

We shall see. I gotta give the guy a chance.

But overall, I like both fighters and have no preference.

You watch - Ruiz is gonna be cheating left and right as soon as McCline puts up ANY resistance. I'd bet the farm on it. One impressive-looking victory against a tomato can doesn't mean he can compete legitimately with world class fighters.

Maybe Ruiz will stick to his new style, maybe not, but if he does work his new plan, and beats McCine pretty decisively..............a star is born.

    LOL.

    We shall see.

I think Ruiz stays busier expecially in the late rounds and takes a UD or majority decision.

I agree with this post. I especially remember McCline vs. Klitchko. If McCline had just fought a halfway intelligent fight instead of basically freezing and conceding defeat, he actually may have pulled it off.
