Lots of talking points- none of them from a legal boxing viewpoint. Ruiz dropped in rounds 1, 4 and 7 from low blows. Ruiz headbutted Johnson in round 4- landed worse than Ortiz against Mayweather. Ruiz hurt Johnson in the 10th badly- Ruiz's awesome finishing skills led to him tacking Johnson to the floor and dropping him with a rabbit shot after the bell. Johnson DQ'd in round 10 from a pretty light low blow. Just a strange fight.
This one gets my vote as one of the ugliest fights of all time. Then again, anything where John Ruiz is on the card is likely to be an ugly fight.
