    Brilliant fight.

I’d assume this would be in America anyway so shouldn’t clash (hopefully) but unfortunately this is going to happen a lot now with the multiple promoters in the UK.

Oh **** just reread it. Originally thought it said same date as Joyce in London - meaning his fight is in London.

Wonder who will be at the 02 and who will be at the copper box?

I wish some ****s would have a bit of sense and move one to Friday night when this happens. No tickets have been on sale or anything so surely not THAT hard to move it.

I think we know what promotion would be fughting st tbe Copperbox. More importantly Jacobs v Ryder is a very good fight.

Ryder vs Jacobs is a properly good scrap but would it be that popular over here? Not sure how bigger name Ryder is

I think what’s happened is both have had the date in mind, it’s been let slip that Joyce is fighting then so matchroom have had to leak it immediately that Ryder is fighting then. Unfortunate and purely down to a lack of communication amongst camps. How hard can it be to share a calendar of events with each other and then go on alternate days/weekends.

I think Joyce would be more of a draw. If it’s Walling or Pulev definitely. If not and a strong match room undercard then let’s see.

Tbh I’d rather fight in a full Copper Box than a half (or more) empty O2 Arena.

I guess no one watched Jacobs last fight against Rosado - he is trash now.

Hope John can pull this one off. He deserves a big win. I think Jacobs wins by close decision.

Ryder's one of then fighters where when it's all said and done you hope he's content and has made a good sum of money for him and his family.

He deserves this for the Smith decision alone.

Jacob's has hit his personal summit and is coming down the other side of the hill now. Not sure what Ryder has left in the tank and has potentially peaked too. That said, interesting fight.

I might be in the minority but I think Ryder is going t beat him. Stylistically I think it favors John sitting on his chest and just hammering away.

My boy Gabe had Jacobs sweating at the end when the cards were read out, even Jacobs would admit he was extremely lucky to come away with the win that night, Rosado deserved it. That was a year ago, Jacobs is on the decline and I can see this one ending early.
