How does the talented Johnny Bratton do against the top welterweights of the current period, including: Pacquaio Spence Crawford Thurman Porter Among others?
Bratton has a hard luck life story, but I don’t think he would have been as lucky in this alternate universe either. He has the flashy personality that might help if he gets in with the right promoter. But at the end of the day I don’t think he was consistent enough or an elite level guy. I do think with the right match making he could pick up a strap for a short time....but to me he is a notch below this level although he could beat this older version of Pac IMO. But I don’t see him being the man and I think he is 5-10 type of level for the most part.
Bratton lost twice & drew with prime Kid Gavilan,,,,, but usually came up short against other top WW's.
