Fisher is on the rise and Hrgovic has fallen into oblivion, how would this mentally absent version of Hrgovic cope against this version of Fisher?
This is more interesting than before Hrgovic's recent loss to Dubois. Good test for Fisher. If he passes it, he shows he's better than many of us have thought
I suspect we won't hear from Hrgovic for another year. Then he'll comeback against some Albanian bus driver fighting half asleep. Just see no desire in the man.
This is a bit of an insult to Hrgovic he lost to Duboius but wasn't completely dominated, he beat Zhang in a close fight and beat McKean. Fisher is pretty green Hrgovic stops him at this stage of their careers.
Fisher is entertaining but he is not and never will be on the level of (the admittedly overrated) Hrgovic. Hes basically a newer more exciting Dave Allen ie a persona/name to put on UK undercards that people will be invested in. His ceiling is perhaps Del Boy in 3 years or so when Del Boy is in his mid 40s. Let him near world level prime guys and he will be totally outclassed imho. I like the guy though.
Come on all he did was beat Babic, Rozanski KO'ed Babic in a round too and then lost to Okolie in the first round. Fisher gets stopped and stopped early, he's basically a journeymen who has some power.
I like Fisher, he's exciting and a nice guy, but I doubt he will ever be on Hrgovic's level I may be wrong, but I think the best version of Fisher will be at Sergey Kuzmin's level
A good version of Hrgovic will remind Fisher why the Roman empire liked to recruit people from that part of the world for the Legions
The obviously right answer and I say that as someone who wishes Fisher well. He should look at a fight that sees him actually bank a few rounds and then challenge Dacres for the english title or Wardley for the British afterwards.
