Bunce and Kerr are back on Monday. It will be interesting to compare the two shows. Ringside was never on at the same time as the boxing hour on Setanta was it?

You just would not **** with Hopkins. He might be a business man, but he's still got the thug attitude when he needs it.

Smith and Nelson do it on a regular basis.

Hopefully they'll soon realise that the people watching want to hear what the guests say and are not really interested in them.

Let's be honest, they're both pretty dull.

  9. As much as they've improved their coverage over the past year/year and a half there is still more that can be done.

Ringside to me seems too rehearsed, I prefer the talk shows where all the guests are relaxed and just chatting away.... at the minute it seems they are assuming that nobody has ever watched boxing in their life and need a full A-Z education every week.

The setting of the gym is quite good, but have them sat around a table or on some comfy chairs FFS, they'll be putting our subscriptions up due to all the repetitive strain injuries the guests will be wanting compo for being on those stools.

Hell, I'd prefer the ''big ppv fight'' setting, with them all in their penguin suits and Nelson talking with his pen to what they've got now.

Good shout lads, I was thinking exactly the same on thursday.

If you ask a person a question then wait and listen to the response.
Wait your turn and then speak.
Finish each topic off and then move on to another once finished instead of mid-flow.

These are basic communication techniques that are used in day-to-day life let alone tv presenting.

Nelson should be shown be given a p45 a.s.a.p imho, sky should replace him with Woodhall or Barry.
