kinda took it easy today since i ate at a pizza buffet today like a fatass (i dont hurt too slip up every once in a while right?) and i was gonna be sparring my coach today... stretched out Jogged a lap that was about half a mile or more 3 X 2 rounds sparring with my coach 1 X 2 rounds on the heavy bag 10 reps on each arm with 25 lb dumbells (i know its not alot in some people's mind, but i've been mainly doing cardio/conditioning for the past couple months and i lost weight and need to pack on some muscle) 300 pushups spaced out between a couple hours when i got home and then i ate a peanut butter sandwich = )
i didnt really do any cardio today, just weight training and abs stretched out 10 lounges with 35 pound weight on my chest i did these drills where you had to hop on one foot and hop in an out of those taped lines and i was holding a 25 pound weight up 10 reps on each arm with 20 pound dumbbells 8 reps on each arm with 25 pound dumbbells 6 reps on each arm with 30 pound dumbbells 4 reps on each arm with 35 pound dumbbells 20 pushups with my feet on a bench close grip lifts while laying on a bench with 50 pound dumbbell 20 times 20 reps bench pressing with 5 pound weights on each side (i think my coach just wanted me to do them fast) 200 abs with medicine ball my biceps are kinda feel like noodles, but i need to do more weight training like this
