Just turned 30 and have started back running again. Set up the old weight bench in the spare room so getting back into it. Without doing any real exercise or following a proper diet for around 2 years I'm weighing 9st 8lbs which I would have been chuffed with a few years ago haha
Time flies. Turning 32 in a couple of months, not been near a gym for 2 years and not paid any attention to my diet. Now sitting at 10 stone 1lb. No intention of going to the gym but got some equipment at home and going to concentrate on body weight exercises while looking at what I eat. Why did i pick the festive season to do this?!
