The thing is that he is nearly 28. He ain't a kid, it was a stupid performance and he is leaving a bit late, all this ring rust shite, why has he not fought in 6 months?

Ajisafe got some good experience here. He will be a good gauge for future 175lb prospects IMO, makes them work, frustrates them, decent jab.

Tony should've done better than Ovill though. Maybe he can fight McKenzie now, doubt he'll be as avoided after last nights performance, might be able to show improvements against better opposition, rather than going back to Afrobums/Latvibums. That would be a terrible mistake IMO, especially at this age.

Let's hope he hasn't lost as much confidence as he seemed to post-fight :good

yes tony's performance last night was poor, the right hand was amateurish, he just wanted to knock bob out and that wasnt going to happen, bobs very decievingly strong, very fit and awkward and is very underrated on here, seen some very derogatry comments made about him, he will win a british title once clev and bellew move on which im sure bellew still will, he has all the physical attributes just needs to learn and not rely on his power

Johnny Nelson is right, Tony is a good prospect but he gets his arse kissed on here because he posts and is a really nice guy. Cleverly is a level above him at the minute.

Cleverly is faster and that will give Bellew trouble if Cleverly boxes. However Cleverlys defence SUCKS and his punches are sloppy. Bellew can punch if he lands cleanly.

Yes, Cleverly needs to work on his defense.
