I have been getting pain in my wrists and hands a lot recently and have also had this problem in the past just wondered if anyone had a similar experience and any methods of strengthning these areas or is there any sort of teatments available. Replies greatly appeciated . thanks
Do you stretch your forearms, upper arms, shoulders etc? Have you increased the volume of work that you have been doing? Are you wrapping your hands properly and wearing suitable gloves? Have an experienced coach look at your punching form - poor form is a common cause of injuries.
I use lonsdale gloves but I will try an buy the ones suggested as was thinking to get somemore anyways, i stretc a lot but i will try double wrapping and looking at the punching form thanks guys
