Jojo is fighting bums. I'm still going with Valdez.

Diaz is nothing but hype. Friday fight night level. Valdez is not as good as we all thought, but he would knock out Diaz without any problems.

 

Diaz is pretty sound defensively, not sure about a KO but I have Valdez comfortably beating him.

JoJo is fundamentally good. I enjoyed watching his earlier fights where he was completely outclassing his opposition. But 2 things. First, since his slight step up in competition, he has shown that he doesn't really have a second gear. And second, as the level of opponents goes up, his power seems to have gone down. That's gonna make it real hard for him when he finally starts mixing it with the top dogs in the division.

He was getting tagged by looping shots all throughout his last fight. What if that was Valdez landing? We know he's got power. Easy win for Valdez.

 

Valdez is a bit one dimensional/plodding, a good boxer will beat him like LSC, Russell JR, JOJO has a chance for sure.

 

Valdez gets beat by LSC, Frampton, Mares, Russell & Selby. I think Quigg whips him too, I don't know about Diaz though after watching Valdez's performance last night I would certainly give him a decent chance.
