Jon Jones tests positive for steroids at UFC 214 and will stripped of title/suspended

Jones failed for Turinabol. A lot like Dianabol but has little estrogen conversion as opposed to Dbol. Stuff has been around since the 60's and leaves a long signature that shows up in tests for a long time post cessation of use. A poor choce for tested athletes unless you stop at least 12 before your test date.

Jones either cannot add or was led to believe he would not be tested there are no other explanations for this occurring. Other than him being framed with a spiked sample but he is a UFC darling with a Nike sponsorship that was being presented as the sports best ever so why would they frame him?

Poor Gus; Not getting his rematch, instead may get a tougher match up style wise in Cormier, Johnson or a dangerous wild card like that Swiss/Turk!

 

Either you cannot add or are led to believe you will not be tested(far more likely)!

Jon Jones is the best steroid using fighter of all time, no one even comes close. As far as fighters who have cheated and used PED's go, Jones is the best of the lot.

That's what he will be recognised and remembered as.

Cormier is one of the best clean fighters of all time up there with GSP and Fedor IMO and he should be reinstated as the LHW champ immediately and have this "loss" quashed.

Nobody thinks that Lance Armstrong was the best Cyclist anymore, or Ben Johnson the best sprinter and that's exactly what's going to happen to this cheater Jones.

Well, my comment was sort of tongue in cheek. Fedor didn't have a gut because he was on roids, he had a gut because he was fat. If he had been roiding he'd have looked like Mark Kerr and probably would have punched a hole through somebody's skull.

I was referring to Fedors detractors. The main ones that like to paint a nasty picture of Russian athletes while ignoring guys like Jones, Ortiz, Anderson Silva, Briggs, Holyfield and so forth

 

Nah... Silva fans, Jones fans... the main ones that like to badmouth Fedor when the subject of the GOAT comes up.

 

The main ones that badmouth Fedor are those who think UFC > Pride and that their HW champs were superiors.

Jones, GSP, Anderson Silva and Fedor are normally all mentioned up there.

 

This piece of **** wrecked not only his own legacy, but that of two amazing fighters and great guys in Cormier and Gustafson

Imagine how badly Jones would have been battered by those two on a level playing field

It's not often i enjoy seeing someone going through bad times but this filthy piece of **** is an exception

 

I'm gonna reserve judgement until the full story comes out.

About a week before the fight Jones posted on insta saying "Cormier said last time I only beat him because of PEDS, let's see what his excuse is now"

I hope there's an explanation other than drugs cheating.

Jones will still go down as an ATG, that's beyond question now, but it will taint his career.
