Well Jones has now all the sudden found Jesus

 

Of course, and Joe knows it, Pereira is big himself but he is the former MW champ, Jones has nothing to prove fighting him, c´mon huh ?

 

This was a fight for Jones to look good.

 

Maybe Jones vs Adesanya ? If they want Jones vs Pereira, why not Adesanya ?

If he does not fight Aspinall next, Dana has no right to call out boxing for its shenanigans anymore...

 

Miocic should have retired after getting knocked out by Francis.

 

The fight was terrible. Anyone could have beaten Miocic tonight. This was the best moment of the entire event.

And he was barely able to even do that, Stipe looked like he was underwater yet still landed consistently on Jones. By the third he’d landed more than in the previous two.

What a sham of a title fight. Fully convinced before the fight and before all the awful press conferences this week that Aspinall sparks Jones and tonight did ZERO to change my mind.

 

You know what’s really funny about Jones is that even at 37 he still manages to do what his whole career has been based on. Fighting smaller, older washed up fighters.

I do have a weird feeling he may well fight Aspinall next and has been trolling the whole time. In the octagon interview he left a bit down for interpretation IMO.

 

And he still didn’t! Lol Stipe is soooo battle worn. The guy was pretty much done after that absolute war with Cormier and even in their 3rd fight, you could tell Stipe was not the same fighter that wore out and violated ngannou for five rounds.

He was so flat footed and his hand speed has obviously diminished. And even with all this… he STILL cracked several times pretty decent and made PED boy run. Lol Literally run.

Either fight the REAL HW Champ Aspinall or get out of the sport jones.

 

I think this “Negotiating to do” that he’s talking about is basically him pleading with Dana to fight Pereira. A kickboxer with zero ground game or wrestling. Then claim a huge victory and say “I have nothing left to accomplish in this sport! I’m done”

Or maybe this negotiating with Dana and the sleaze bags that run the UFC will entail PED Testing arrangements for jones in order to fight Tom. And OF COURSE Aspinall will be 100% properly tested while jones A and B samples are swapped out with someone else who has the testosterone levels of Richard Simmons. Dana will slip USADA or whoever is in charge of testing an envelope with God knows how much inside.

If jones can’t get special accommodations, he won’t fight a killer like Aspinall.

Stipe has been a full time firefighter for years now. He went on rostered vacation leave to take this fight on. Its funny when you think about it. You usually only see this in boxing.

I was reading (havent verified) Stipe Miocic hasn't fought a single fighter other than jones on the current roster.

 

Tom Aspinall is the real ufc hw champion not Jon Jones.
