I don't like it when fighters come back after being retired for a while for prizefighter, wasn't a good idea for robin reid or takaloo
No no no no no! Last time he fought at this weight he was beaten by Tom Glover. I would love him to go in and score some eyecatching ko's but i just cant see it.
Nothing against Jon Thaxton cuz of course it's up to him but stuff like this makes me start to really dislike Prizefighter :-(
He looked done against Glover and after a round looked done against Murray too. If the opponents are right he'll have half a chance, but his style was dependent on being able to pull the trigger, which looked gone in his last few fights.
I'd rather he not. I didn't see the Murray fight, or I can't remember it, but against Glover he looked like he was years past it.
It's gettin a bit silly now, prizefighter has turned into an old peoples home for retired champions, I'd rather we see up and comers with unbeaten records than 40 year old past belt holders gassin within 30seconds of the first round.
No thanks. He was never a particularly fast starter at the best of times never mind after all his joints have seized up.
Hope he has earned enough money to stay retired. I wouldn't like to see this, he had nothing left against Murray and looked a cert to get hurt if he continues fighting.
