may very well be the most talented of all the upcoming heavyweights. Banks was doing an interview about his upcoming fight with Tarver, so naturally all he was asked about was Wladimir Klitschko and then his thoughts on the next generation of heavyweights. Anyway, he said if Anthony is brought along right, he will be at the table with Frank Bruno and Lennox Lewis as one of the best British heavyweights ever. He also said that AJ is being rushed into a fight with Kevin Johnson. Not so much because he cant beat Kevin Johnson, but because winning that fight puts the youngster in the top 15, which greatly increases pressure to keep moving up before he is quite ready. Thoughts on Jonathan Banks' comments? Seems to me like this guy knows his sh!t:good
I think Shannon Briggs should have to prove his ability by fighting Wlads trainer first. Honestly, I highly doubt that old freak could beat Banks. I also dont think hed have anymore than a punchers chance against (insert top 25 fighters name here).
Nothing really, just an aside. It had to do with Jonathan Banks whos name is also in the thread title, and who trains Wladimir Klitschko.
It's JO This content is protected NATH This content is protected N, you miserable hoes. Johnathon Banks. Jonathan Banks is an American actor who most recently played the role of Mike Ehrmantraut in Breaking Bad. :deal
...and yet everyone knew who the OP was talking about all the same. What fiendish magic was that? That someone could mispell a name and the reading public would still know to whom the poster was referring to? What sorcery!
For Heaven sake give Joshua time He's still wet behind the ears in the pro ring. He has the potential to be great if he's not rushed too quickly. As great trainer Curtis Cokes said of Ike Ibeabuchi " We'll know if we have a champion when someone puts a big shot on his whiskers & he's still standing there"
Why do I care what Johnthan Banks the cornerback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers thinks about Anthony Joshua????? This is a boxing forum and this is off topic material God damn it.
They were all coming out of the woodwork with similar praise to shower and gush over david price a few years back. Nothing joshua has done has given me the impression that he can match lewis' legacy. The boy is way too stiff with barely any footwork and his glass chin will get exposed no matter how many hours he puts in working on the neck harness strap. Give 3 yrs without a big payday fight and this kid will be back in the shadows of your local convenience store selling a score to some other deadbeat wannabe gangsters in hoods.
