    I think this is just the level he's operating at nowadays. It's his old self but even less active.

    It honestly has always been shocking to me that he became a "champ". I had written him off as hopeless long before Arreola (between the loss to King, draw with Davis, and then getting outboxed for several rounds by ancient Ray Austin before his own power and Ray's sputtering gas tank bailed him out)...which, in a sensible world, he would've been. It was a ridiculous comedy of errors that led to his rematch with Arreola being for the green belt. If only Vitali hadn't vacated it to run for office.
