Taconing wins the 12th. Haven't scored assiduously and missed the first two, but since Somachenko and pincai both scored the first two for Taconing, a score of 117-111 or 116-112 seems just about right.

116-112 Taconing on my card in the end.

    117-111 fine aswell.

118-110 would be too wide imo.

Paras could have won that. But Taconing was too experienced in the end while Paras lacking some.

Yeah, there's definitely something to work with there. Taconing's edge in experience and generally more refined carried the day but Paras was hardly embarrassed and helped to produce a serious candidate for ROTY at any rate.

I’m a really big fan of Paras so I’m saddened to see him taking a loss here but Taconing really surprised me. He looked shot in his last fight but he showed some renewed vigor against Paras, possibly because he’s getting another world title shot real soon.

As for Paras, exactly what @UnleashtheFURYsaid. Take a little break from fighting the world-class fighters. I thought he was ready for someone like Taconing but he obviously needs some more seasoning. So ****ing young and has the potential. He showed a lot of heart tonight and almost had Taconing out of there in that ROTY contender.

He can and I believe WILL have his time.... Hopefully he's got some smart people around him. As for Taconing what an incredible performance for an old cat, 100% he deserves another world title shot.

Anyways. Get on the Joshua Pacio train. I have him pegged to win a huge upset against Natio in their rematch.

I hope taconing's promoter lets him fight angel acosta instead of ken shiro. Shiro is all wrong for him that it will be lopez-taconing 2. At least with acosta it will be two powerful but technically limited fighters killing each other.
