Dont know much about this Romero . Is it a winnable fight for Frampton ? Just read this on sky boxing website. Eddie said it would be easy to get the big fights in Ireland because the weight class framptons at doesn't attract big money.

I havent seen any of Romero, I'll have to check him out later. That being said its still too early for Carl to be fighting for a world title, needs 3 more fights against those at fringe world level...

No need to take this fight so quickly yes he is more than capable of winning but nothing wrong with having at least one if not two fights before.

If he isn't ready now he never will be. Make the fight!

Fair play to Romero, I say take the fight now whilst Romero is interested in coming to Belfast before he loses interest and starts chasing the other champions because Frampton ain't beating the likes of Donaire and Rigondeaux (probably spelt wrong)

Probably a few fights too early for Frampton, but at the same time with the quality in the division at the moment he's probably not going to get a better chance for a title any time soon. I haven't seen this guy but if Mcguigan and Matchroom genuinely feel it's a winnable fight then take i'd it.

He's not ready for a world title fight. He did great against Martinez but there's things there that need to be worked on. Give it another 6-8 months. If he steps up and loses then he may never get another chance.

Disagree. He has only had 16 fights, he is still learning.

I'd have him fight Ndlovu next. Then Montiel or Quigg if it can be made then go a the world title.

Quigg v Frampton should be next. Let's settled who is the best in Britain and the winner will be better prepared when they challenge for a world title.
