Yeah and id bet GOOD money most of those guys are on gear. I used to play rugby as a school boy. There's a world of difference from the physique of professional players when i was a kid compared to now. If you think guys like Andrew Sheridan ( who happens to be an Olympic calibre weight lifter ) is just a sign of prop forwards getting better physically then iv got some nice seafront property in Barking to sell you.
If you want to see cartoon like physiques look to the NFL. The league is rife with hormone abusers. Anyone with a tiny smidgen of knowledge of training knows it's not possible to gain those physiques 'naturally'.

Fans et al are fantastically naive about the sports training and fitness. I'm not saying everyone is on gear but there are VERY notable differences between the physiques of yesteryear compared to today. These 'fan's don't know the first thing about training and what it takes to achieve physiques like that. I'm the last person to call guys out as of course it's unfair to use such a sweeping brush. But in Overeem's case you have to call a spade a spade.
Iv been watching that guys career from the beginning and with the dense muscle he has packed on his frame there's no way on Earth he's done that naturally as it's simply impossible by ANY natural means.
What many fans fail to realise is how prevalent performance enhancers are in sport. If the NFL conducted spot testing tommorow 3 quarters of the dam league would be fined and sacked.

97Kgs is not 260Ibs. And Overeem's body fat is less than 5%

:lol: Suuure you are buddy. First off 97Kg is a moderate size for a heavy. Depending on your height. Secondly i doubt VERY much you are 7% BF. 7% is the realm of PROFESSIONAL athletes. Are you actually implying your a pro-athlete? In addition BF is NOT a bench mark for sports conditioning and is frankly a meaningless statistic that those with a vague interest in sports get hang ups about. Plus even if your BF was 7% you're only a few % away from damaging your health that in some cases can result in death.
BF's that low have no purpose whatsoever unless you're a body builder. There is simply no functional benefit. If you are insinuating that you walk around at a 7% BF at 97KG then id say with great certainty you either don't know what you're talking about or you're a flat out liar.

I dont know anything about pro wrestlers...I played pro rugby league..
you get tested 2-3times a season minimum...blood tests..not just urine.. so they can detect HGH...

Im just saying i have been a pro athelete and know u CAN achieve these builds WITHOUT the use of steroids....As i mentioned my build..im not a small guy and would prettymuch be branded ON ROIDS asap by most of u on here if you seen me....I played with maori and polynesian guys who r 120kgs as teennagers.and once we made the big leagues with our diet and training regime they would be 120kgs of lean muscle naturally..

Overeem isn't less than 7%. Looking at him id guess he's closer to 8-9% possibly more. Once you hit 12% at least abs become very visible. Any less than that and the muscles start to look a lot fuller (assuming you're hydrated) and thicker.
Overeem is a big big guy. He has relatively small legs in comparison to his upper body which by all accounts makes him a fantastic physical specimen who responds exceptional well to artificial stimuli. IE hormones :yep
Either way it's IMPOSSIBLE to achieve that kind of muscularity at that weight WITHOUT gear.

There's NO bonafide test that can detect HGH as the results vary greatly from one person to he next.
And there's no point in using comparisons about Polynesian and Maori men who are NATURALLY big but do not boast anything close to the stats you're bandying about or the muscularity. 120KG of lean muscle? Geez dude stop already. Just stop.

You are taking it like im personally attacking you...Im just saying my valid opinion which is you can acheive a build like Alistair overeem without steroids...I couldnt as i have killed myself and eat clean 7times a day to get to the high 90's..and it definately would take me using steroids to get to his weight...which i dont plan to..
