Does anybody else think the 170 limit will be a major problem for jones jr?.he hasnt been below 170 for over 10 years, and has been to HW in that time.I think the weight problem will make it more competitive.
    Any thoughts?

I wouldn't be surprised if Felix Trinidad wanted the fight at 168 and Roy Jones wanted it at 175. 170 could be some kind of compermise.

Yes, i think Roy could have problems making weight but it will make the fight more competitive like someone said already.

I'd be more concered about Tito carrying that extra 10 pounds after 2 years out of the ring. Look what happened to Winky - he lost that fight because he couldn't carry the extra weight...

Winky lost because Bernard fought a better fight.

Ya, most likely. Aside from money, it doesn't seem logical for Roy to weight drain at this point in his career or life. After being at 175lbs so long, and the weight issue he had coming down after Ruiz... it's unclear.

Considering Jones past shenanigans, I doubt if this fight will even happen.Jones will find a reason to pull out.If the fight does go on who cares?
The result will not impact the light heavyweight division at all.Its a fight between two semi retired guys, long past their best.

It will be no problem for Jones. RJJ by way of KO.

RJJ might be weight drained at 170, but Tito might be very sluggish at 170

Jones has always said he could make Super Middleweight if he wanted to.

Jones walks around at about 180lb, that's only 10 pounds in 5 months.

Jones has never been a true-sized lt. heavy...look at how big guys like Virgil Hill, Tarver, Griffin, etc looked against Jones...he could've always made 168...

jones has to walk around at at least 190lbs man. I think 180 is pushing it..hes a big dude to be walking around at 180. A lot of his weight comes from all the muscle mass he has. Muscle isn't easy to burn off at all..If he wasn't so ripped than making 170 wouldn't be a problem at all, but because of how massive the guy is it could be a problem.
