Calzaghe fought Kessler just over 6 months ago (his best ever win). He hasn't slowed down much at all. Hopkins just made him look very amateur at times.

Calzaghe is going to breeze this fight, he's little, if anything off his prime. He's one of the boxers who all round have improved a lot with age. *I read many comments saying that, after the Kessler fight and prior to the Hopkins one*

Calzaghe should win easily, either by UD, TKO or KO.

Calzaghe is currently 1/4 on to win the fight with the bookies. ie put 4 dollars/pounds on Calzaghe and you win 1 if he wins.

If he loses, or draws, you lose 4.

    Your missing the entire point.

Jones has been shot to **** for years. Calzaghe is arguably 2 years off his prime and not remotely close to being shot (IMO he was a better fighter after the hand problems, with his incredibly high workrate).

you guys are gonna b in for a surprise. RJ is gonna win this fight, and his hand speed and body punching is gonna do it.

RJ is very underrated as a body puncher. He is gonna continuously test calzaghes body which will inevitably bring down the workrate, and sap even more of the lil power he has at LHW. And RJ is gonna start landing combos, watch I think this winky style he adapted is perfect for him now.

Calzaghe doesnt punch hard, only thing thats xposed when he goes into that turtle shell is his body, and that slike a waste of time going to the body against jones, especially if you dont have power. Calzaghe is a sucker for a str8 right hand, which RJ has a laser typer one, add the handspeed advantage and power. I think RJ has a dam good shot, and im pickin him to win

did this under-rated trend begin before or after the virgil hill fight?

we're just being realistic. jones is a P4P great of all time - but not anymore. so there's no "surprise"....unless you haven't seen him fight hill...

joes going about this the right way, if RJJ and Pavlik are your last two fight, fighting RJJ first is wise, due to the boost of US profile.

I dont think this will be his last fight.

    Calzaghe UD.
