exactly dangerous how? that he can lose? it's not Jones, Johnson, Hopkins talk that's why everybody loves them! they are calculating only sitting at the table.
Agreed. But unfortunately your post is too full of common sense and is therefore wasted on the majority of people who read this forum.
Am I the only who thinks Adamek fighting someone under 40 (maybe a top five cruiser) isn't a crazy idea? :huh
One last title shot for Roy? He gets destroyed by Ademek. He would look good for the first few rounds but once he decides to lay on the ropes he will be put to sleep.
How is beating a shot blownup former WW who lost his last fight via shutout and has not fought in years an excellent win for Roy?atsch
Agreed. But unfortunately your post is too full of common sense and is therefore wasted on the majority of people who read this forum. Notice it's the same people trying to elevate Calzaghe's win over Jones, by elevating Jones more than he actually is. Roy was pathetic against a 170lb Felix Trinidad. He was getting outboxed by the plodding Trinidad nearly the first half of the fight KO'd by Glenn Johnson. KO'd by Tarver. Nearly KO'd in the 3rd fight when a punch sent him to ***** street lol. Struggled against Anthony Hanshaw, who was easily KO'd by a journeyman lol in a next fight. Hurts and sends Calzaghe to the canvas in the first round without even trying. Goes into shell mode the rest of the fight, yet Calzaghe could not beat Jones as emphatically as Jones' other conquerors. Roy Jones is shot, plain and simple. He will get KTFO by Adamek.
Wow now we just need Tarver to complete the circle of fighters who wouldnt give Adamek the time of day at LHW while they were playing musical chairs with the Ring Belt. Funny how things end up.
Adamek at 175 would have beat Roy Jones back in 2005. Adamek at 200 would kill Roy Jones in 2009. Anyway, considering how Royboy notoriously lowballs his opponents, I can't see how this would help Adamek's negotiating position too much.
After fighting Bell, Cunningham, Banks ... its rather time for one single guy in age of 40 who brings cash to the table.
at last,be gentle with me.. i "dogge" no man heath, the answer is like it or not it was a solid win,yes trinidad has fought at lower a weight and yes sweetie hes a little older now,but you put to much credence on the negatives rather than see things for what they are i.e as i said it was a top display by jones against a great fighter demonstrating to me personally he has some gas in the tank with regards to skills and stamina (now im not saying it was his renaissance but neither am i suggesting it was the mismatch your clearly certain of)both fighters being past there best! now we have the frivolities over with and the introductions to one side,i will now ask you.. would you like to dance heath?
