Welterweight prospect Mike Jones (23-0, 18 KOs) escaped with a majority decision against Jesus Soto-Karass (24-5-3, 16 KOs) on the Nov. 13 Pacquiao-Margarito undercard in a fight close enough and action-packed enough to warrant a rematch, which is just what is in the works.

Top Rank and HBO have agreed to a price for the fight, which would take place Feb. 19 in Las Vegas on the "Boxing After Dark" card headlined by the bantamweight title fight between Fernando Montiel and Nonito Donaire.

I can't wait. I hope Jones shows inprovement.

Hopefully Jones learned not to throw another 60-punch combo while missing 58 of them.

With a huge ****ing tie on it. Crazy. I like what I see in Jones...I believe hes the better fighter, but either way its what you do with those skills and he lost that night.

Wtf would anyone go in the ring aganist Karass thinking they'll knock him out? SMH

thank u!...jones clearly won 1,2,9 and 10..thats 4 outta 10 right there...i gave him one of the middle rounds (6 or 7 maybe), and its 5-5...i'm sick of seeing that it was such a big robbery when it was not

When fighters fight in a close war like that I'll take a draw I guess. I still think Jones lost. Karass was the fresher fighter the whole fight.

The first fight wasn't a robbery. The fight could have gone either way and as usual in close fights people blow it out of proportion. Anyways, a rematch is a very good idea since the first fight was so close and entertaining. I think Jones wins the rematch if he doesn't lose several rounds from punching himself out. Karass is still a tough live underdog but Jones should win in another good fight.

jones was fighting to ****en survive after the 2nd...that to me put the icing on the cake for soto karass...the pressure and punches were a plus, but the fact that he completely mentally mind ****ed jones after the 3rd was even better.....

why bother, if they dont want Jones to lose they wont let him lose. Karass clearly won the first fight.
