    Well this fight was in the spotlight for awhile and than went away with a whimper. I'm sure HBO talked him out of it. Was looking forward to this fight.

    Hopefully we get Tye Fields-Kimbo in lieu of this fight. I think that's a 50-50 fight.:huh

    Good news for Roy. It would have been dangerous to face a monster like Kimbo even if Kimbo is past his prime

    kimbo is good at beating up morons in the street, has done beating up morons in boxing who have never had a street fight or boxing win.....
    jones could have got knocked out 10 times in a row leading up to this and would have clowned kimbo

    Would have been an easy, high profile(ish) fight for Jones. Should have just gone for it.

    If they fought and Kimbo knocked out Roy Jones Jr there would be members of this forum and some of his fans saying he is an ATG.

    I was listening to the local idiots sports show and they mentioned Guerrero-Berto in passing as it wasn't worth their time to even discuss. The Jones-Slice fight would've gotten alot of attention, for that reason alone I'm surprised it didn't come off.
