No. What caused his testosterone to drop was coming off steroids then going back on coming off etc. He is a two time convicted steroid chest who was lucky enough to have the majority of his fights in an era when they didn't even test for them. Same goes for Jones.

Poly is not official proof, so stating as proof that he didn't know is same as bull ****.

 

A better question is why the demographic is lambasting Povetkin with this hardline "a fail is a fail" stance when a large majority of them look highly upon the careers of the fighters mentioned here. What happened to a fail being a fail? Or do the circumstances actually make a difference? (Mosley being allegedly unaware / Povetkin coming in way under any legit limit and testing clean on all but one test).
