Obviously styles make fights. But after Roy saw what Bhop did to his nemesis Tarver, I don't think he's in a big hurry to face him at this point in his career.

The only thing that proved regarding a Jones - Hopkins fight is that Hopkins is worlds better at fighting southpaws, and would be the bigger man in the ring if they fought at 175.

You'd have to favor Hopkins, but Roy is still quick enough to present him with some issues. For a relatively contact free $10 mil + a piece, you wonder if they'd bury the hatchet already. But I get the feeling keeping $10 mil out of Roy's pocket is worth more than $10 mil to Bernard.

 

I am really not in the mood to see this fight right now. At this point of their careers Roy is way more shot than bernard and bernard huggers will get all hot and excited as if the fight is any indication whatsoever of a prime for prime match up. If bernard wanted his shot at vindication he should have taken it when he was presented with a career high 6 million dollar payday instead of fighting ****ing carl daniels for 1/6th of that.

Hopkins huggers do. They want hopkins to beat a fossil of jones so that they can claim that hopkins was better.

 

RJJ says he will fight the winner but he said the same thing before Trinidad/Hop but when it came time to fighting he wanted the advantage on the second(60/40),and third(70/30) which is absurd he just didn't want to fight at the time and honestly I don't blame him.

 

Roy Jones Jr 1 Bernard Hopkins 0. Floyd should stop being such a greedy basterd and fight Cotto.
