This shitshow is actually going to be a PPV? I mean.... It's actually worse than Mundine/Green II, as Gunn was never even remotely close to being a world class operator. As far as the fight itself... Like anything else involving Jones' for the better part of a decade, it's hard to look away despite how embarrassing of a spectacle it is.
Anyone think Gunn has a shot here? Jones is badly shot and coming off a loss to Enzo, Gunn was never any good but he's considerably fresher and Jones has declined to the point where even the crudest operator with a big punch has a shot at putting him out... Lean towards Jones by mid KO or a lackluster decision, but Gunn knocking him out wouldn't be that much of a shocker.
I hope that I'm wrong, but I honestly think Bobby is going to beat him. I think he'll just jump on him straight away. I can envisage a TKO.
Definitely possible... Gunn went 8 rounds with a badly faded but still capable Johnson in 2013, he's certainly going to be the more durable of the two.
Without a doubt. Not only that, he's training like an absolute demon. He's wanted this fight for 10 years. He's now in the mindset that Steve Collins would have been in if he'd have gotten the opportunity. After watching Roy's last fight against Rodney Moore, I don't know what else he has to give. To be honest, I don't even want to watch it. I'm feeling like I did when he fought Enzo.
