Won't affect him at all, he doesn't have a legacy. There are only three names on his record that matter, all of whom were well past their best and they all took him the distance and one should have got the decision.

This is all old news. Calzaghe arranged two fights with Johnson (so laughable to suggest that he didn't want to fight him) which he was forced to pull out of through injury. There was an offer on a third occasion which looked as if it would be arranged, but Johnson pulled out of negotiations when he landed the fight with Jones.

On the other hand, Calzaghe during his career beat two people who beat Johnson and three others who beat people who beat Johnson, so hardly a great stain on his legacy, especially as Johnson was getting beaten by anyone with a winning record for the majority of the time when they were both campaigning at the same weight.

I like how everyone is writing Danny Green off...

Danny Green has the ability to beat Jones. Least a solid 35%.

Hopkins's warmup has pretty much a 5% chance if that.

Thats bs. A third offer was not in 04 lol. Maybe the first offer was in 04. I remember reading on espn.com website that Calzaghe twice cancel his fight with Johnson

And btw i just read on the eastside boxing website and you're way wrong. Johnson didn't choose Jones over Calzaghe. In 04 Calzaghe cancel the fight cause of his so called injury. It said Johnson was pissed cause he was training for that fight very hard. So thats when Jones vs Johnson happen thanks to Calzaghe cancel it cause of so called injury.

Jesus you're stupid. The proposed fight in 2004 was for June. Warren and Goosen were in negotiations to reschedule it for the autumn, but Johnson had an offer to fight Jones instead. That fight took place in September. Which is exactly what I said.

So Goosen and Warren were in negotiations to reschedule while Johnson was already offer to fight Jones? lol. So what Johnson should do cancel his biggest pay day for Calzaghe who cancel cause of the so called injury? lol. In the 04 wasn't the third offer you biased dumb Calzaghe fan lol. The third offer is what i told you about the Manfredo situation in which Calzaghe went to him instead of Johnson.

Who said Johnson shouldn't fight Jones?

Look, I understand you're a bit special, but it's not that hard. I've set it out for you in a fairly easily understandable way. There were two occasions when fights were scheduled and Calzaghe pulled out with injury. On a third occasion (for those with a 12 year old reading level that's a third occasion, not to be confused with the third occasion in a linear sense) there were negotiations, but Johnson got a better offer.

I'll date them all for you, so you can keep up.

June 2004 - First scheduled fight.
July 2004 - negotiations for autumn fight, Johnson fights Jones in Sept.
July 2006 - Second scheduled fight.

None of those occasions were in the same timeframe as the Calzaghe v Manfredo fight (April 2007) which Calzaghe took at the behest of HBO, hence vacating the IBF title rather than fight Stieglitz. As I told you in the first place.
